Public bug reported:

When using suphp web aplications like media wiki kant use the session
cookies, I get error's like this:

"WIKINAME uses cookies to log in users. You have cookies disabled.
Please enable them and try again."

This not browser isue, have isue like same with phpmyadmin it looses it
session and i have to relogin.

When disable suphp isue is resolved
