I now have a few files that make apt-cacher-ng use 100% CPU and which it
keeps processing forever.

File 1: tb-Packages.bz2
acng-report.html reports:
 "Parsing metadata in
uburep/dists/trusty-backports/main/binary-amd64/Packages.bz2"
According to bzip2, this file is broken:
 "bzip2: tb-Packages.bz2: file ends unexpectedly"

File 2: tu-Packages.bz2
acng-report.html reports:
 "Parsing metadata in
uburep/dists/trusty-updates/main/binary-amd64/Packages.bz2"
According to bzip2, this file is broken:
 "bzip2: tu-Packages.bz2: file ends unexpectedly"

File 3: tbm-Packages.bz2
acng-report.html reports:
 "Parsing metadata in
uburep/dists/trusty-backports/main/binary-i386/Packages.bz2"
This file is fine according to bzip2.
