FYI #1. If CONDSTORE support of Tb is enabled(mail.server.default.use_condstore=true, or mail.server.server#.use_condstore=true), and if imap server supports CONDSTORE, bug 1123617 occurs even after go Work Offline/go Work Online again. i.e. "Workaroudof this bug/recovery operaation of this bug", go Work Offline/go Work Online again/explicitly open Mbox again, won't work due to bug 1123617 . FYI #2. If bug 1123617 will be fixed, this bug will be resolved by utilizing CONDSTORE, because change required for that bug is "uid fetch 1:* Flags (CHANGEDSINCE LargestKnowMODSEQ) upon each new mail check".
