Public bug reported:
While installing from the README.debian the /usr/share/gld/tables.mysql file
hold a wrong parameter.
It says TYPE-MyISAM and it should be ENGINE=MyISAM

mysql-server-5.5 (5.5.40-0ubuntu0.14.04.1)
TYPE= has been deprecated for a long time (since 2008) and seems to be
removed now.
