Latest Kubuntu 15.04 alpha vivid
system-settings 5.1.95

1. Get to System Settings 
2. Observe the background and move/resize window.  Some faint corruption is 
visible (looks like mashed pixels).  Dolphin File Manager does not have this 
issue and neither do other areas I have tested.

Reproducible: Always (might be restricted to certain gpu chipsets)
