According to the report here:
https://merges.ubuntu.com/l/logwatch/REPORT the updated version from
Debian was unable to be automatically uploaded to Ubuntu for Vivid
because some changes were made to the dependencies:

<<<<<<< logwatch-7.4.0+svn20130529rev144-1ubuntu1 (ubuntu)
Depends: ${perl:Depends}, ${misc:Depends}, postfix | mail-transport-agent
Recommends: libdate-manip-perl
=======
Depends: ${perl:Depends}, ${misc:Depends}, default-mta | mail-transport-agent
Recommends: libdate-manip-perl, libsys-cpu-perl
>>>>>>> logwatch-7.4.1-2 (debian)
Suggests: fortune-mod

Does anyone know how to resolve these changes so that the new version
can be uploaded to Vivid before the freeze?
