On first boot when LTE is enabled (arale), I see the attached
screenshot, where 2G is selected.
However, output of list-modems show umts as the selected technology, so
2G/3G should be the option selected instead:
/usr/share/ofono/scripts$ ./list-modems

[ org.ofono.RadioSettings ]
ModemTechnologies = gsm umts lte
