This is more likely to be an issue with dpkg than with wesnoth-1.10. In
any case I suggest reinstalling the package, e.g.:

$ sudo apt-get clean
$ sudo apt-get purge wesnoth-1.10-music
$ sudo apt-get install wesnoth-1.10-music

Ping this bug report if the above doesn't fix this issue.
