 * Users with the linux-signed-image-lts-$VER kernel do not get the correct 
hwe-support-status output

[Test Case]
 * install 12.04 (any version) server
 * install linux-signed-image-generic-lts-saucy
 * run hwe-support-status
 * verify that you get a prompt with a  line that contain "apt-get install" but 
no package to install
 * install the updated version
 * verify that that you get a message that advices to upgrade to 
linux-signed-image-generic-lts-trusty
