I tend to agree with Micah on this one. There is not a lot of benefit in adding this to the default install. If you are writing an ISO to a USB disc, you likely have internet and can access the Ubuntu Software Center to install this or similar tools. Potential cons would be additional testing for the small QA team, and needless dependencies added to the image.
