Public bug reported:

GIT integration is not working on submodules, when I right click in the
project tool view on a file in main repository I can see all GIT
functions but if I do it on a git submodule file GIT options are not
shown.

I have been using Kubuntu 14.10 for a few months, I was using Debian Sid
(unstable) before this and it was working on that distro, GIT commands
were run against the submodule, commit was performed on sub-repo and
push/pull was performed against the submodule remote.

I'm also currently using Kdevelop exclusively for PHP development (in
case is worth noting).

I'm using Kubuntu PPA: deb http://ppa.launchpad.net/kubuntu-
ppa/ppa/ubuntu utopic main
