Add the Epson Stylus CX-6600 (04b8:0813) based on user report.

The necessary entries were only made (again, after being lost?) about
six weeks ago. Current gutsy cvs source was from May. So expect your
scanner to be supported OOTB, eventually, on Ubuntu, I would think.
