No, this bug is not about myspell-tr. It is about Zemberek, which is a very powerful Turkish spellchecker written in Java. The Turkish grammar is very different from indo-european languages, which makes for Turhish myspell less useful than for many other languages. Please read mdakin's post in this thread again for details on Zemberek.
