Looks like an issue with part of the teamviewerd (which isn't part of
the Ubuntu archive) package:

update-rc.d: warning: start and stop actions are no longer supported; falling
back to defaults
insserv: warning: script 'K07smfpd' missing LSB tags and overrides
insserv: warning: script 'smfpd' missing LSB tags and overrides
insserv: There is a loop at service teamviewerd if started
insserv: There is a loop between service teamviewerd and procps if started
insserv: loop involving service procps at depth 2
insserv: loop involving service udev at depth 1
insserv: There is a loop between service smfpd and teamviewerd if started
insserv: loop involving service teamviewerd at depth 2
insserv: loop involving service smfpd at depth 1
insserv: loop involving service rsyslog at depth 1
insserv: There is a loop between service smfpd and hwclock if started
insserv: loop involving service hwclock at depth 1
insserv: Starting smfpd depends on teamviewerd and therefore on system facility
`$all' which can not be true!
