The paper is <a href="http://somethingsimilar.com/papers/pegg_age.pdf";>up</a>. In my /etc/cups/ppd directory, there is only one ppd file, DeskJet-3820.ppd. However, diff tells me there is no difference between it and the HP- DeskJet_3820-hpijs.ppd file elsewhere on my system. Also, the output from `pdfinfo -box pegg_age.pdf` is:
