Public bug reported:
Add a visible GUI option to stick (not hide) the controls on Parole. Either:
1) Add a "sticky" button to the control bar
2) Add it as a configuration option in the Preferences dialog
Currently, if you want to switch between a hiding and a non-hiding
control bar, you will have to edit the parole/hide-controls-timeout
xfconf key (set to 0 for non-hiding).
