According to the date this was release, it should have been included in the latest point release for Trusty: 14.04.2, downloadable here: http://releases.ubuntu.com/trusty/
If you're using an earlier release, it wouldn't be in. It's possible you've run into a different issue; please file a separate bug about it (especially if it can be reproduced) so that we can get to it as soon as possible.
