Public bug reported: When Chromium is maximized when using the "hamburger icon" menu in the top right, sub-menus such as Bookmarks and Recent Tabs renders off of the right side of the screen and is invisible to the user. Making the window smaller will reveal that the sub-menus are in fact opening but will only open to the right of the browser window. This cripples the whole menu. Samsung ATIV Book 9 Plus
