I tried to follow the instructions at https://wiki.ubuntu.com/DebuggingKernelSuspend, section "resume-trace" debugging procedure for finding buggy drivers, for 4.0-rc7 but I'm not quite sure that it worked since I found only one "hash matches" in dmesg and the RTC seems ok. Attached cat proc/apci/wakup and dmesg.txt anyway.
