Public bug reported: This problem happened to me long time ago, and it happened to the students quite a number of times.
Once a scope template is created. Somehow if the .pot file in the project is removed by cleaning or some ways, the project will not be successfully compiled. Steps to reproduce the problem: 1) Create a scope using scope template 2) Successfully compile the scope and generate the .pot file 3) Remove the .pot file manually (for the students' case, the file was removed somehow) 4) Recompile the scope, and you will see that the project will not be compiled any more since CMake will complain an error for it ** Affects: qtcreator-plugin-ubuntu (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1443308 Title: Cannot compile scope once .pot file is missing in the project To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/qtcreator-plugin-ubuntu/+bug/1443308/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
