Steps to reproduce:
1. Open launcher
2. Click or tap an open or closed application.
What happens:
There's a time between a click/tap, when the system spawns a spinner (and
closes the launcher), where nothing happens.
What should happen instead:
You should immediately get feedback that the button was clicked/tapped.
