I have discovered that if I dowload and build latest nuntium and its dependencies:
https://github.com/ubuntu-phonedations/nuntium lp:go-dbus/v1 lp:go-xdg/v0 lp:udm , using that binary the error does not happen anymore (nuntium can handle the case of ofono starting after it).
