Bug 1439612 was meant to identify our solution for the 14.04.03 release. We were unable to get all the patches/fixes we wanted for this driver, as a number of fixes were not yet accepted into the kernel maintainer's tree.
We were informed that 14.04.03 was locked down. So, we opened this bug to make a recommendation for additional fixes to be picked up via the SRU process for the 14.04.03 release stream. The list of commit ids were recently accepted into Bottomley's tree.
