Hi Nicolas, the ppa version works fine. The video list is now instantly displayed after opening totem, maybe it was the cache, the computer wasn't in use for a while. The Arte website is not slow, I'm able to watch movies flawless via firefox.
I assume it was correct to remove the totem-plugin-arte before installing it from the ppa. When the patched totem-plugin-arte is back in Ubuntu repo I need to remove the one from ppa before installing it, right? -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1445829 Title: No video playback possible - side pane empty To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/totem-plugin-arte/+bug/1445829/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
