I've just tried on krillin ( vivid-proposed / #193 ); conformed NM version is: 0.9.10.0-4ubuntu15. I had a single AT&T SIM in the first slot.
WiFi disabled, I toggled FM on/off ten times. Sometimes I'd tap the toggle as soon as it became active, sometimes I waited up to 1-2m before toggling.
