Note, Samuele asked whether or not the push-client also needs to monitor
URKill's DeviceAdded and DeviceRemoved.  Note, these might be generated
for a WiFi device that's being controlled via hybris.

Also, one other thing that might be useful is creating a urkill script
similar to monitor-ofono, which could be used to monitor signals
generated by URfkill.
