This kernel will eventually be incorporated into Ubuntu 15.04 "Vivid
Vervet". Until then, a PPA of this kernel is available at
http://kernel.ubuntu.com/~kernel-ppa/mainline/ amd instructions on how
to install and uninstall it are available at
