I can confirm this issue, but only when you scan `/`.

 When you scan `/home/<user>/` it works as one would expect.

It's hard to tell if this is "working as intended" since the
`/home/<user>/` option works, and the `/` scans as if the home folder
weren't mounted with encryptfs.

While it may confuse newer users, perhaps adding a prompt that says,
"Hey, I see you're using encryptfs. Want me to treat your filesystem the
way it is, or the way encryptyfs is trying to present it?" instead of
having this inconsistency may help.
