This is a problem with apache itself, and not with phppgadmin. For some reason, /var/log/apache2/ is not writable by apache. You need to have a working apache2 before you can set up and use phppgadmin.
Maybe you can just delete the log/apache2 directory and reinstall apache? ** Changed in: phppgadmin (Ubuntu) Status: New => Invalid -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1452186 Title: package phppgadmin (not installed) failed to install/upgrade: il sottoprocesso installato script di post-installation ha restituito lo stato di errore 1 To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/phppgadmin/+bug/1452186/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
