I did this just to get apt-get to work again, since I need to install
other things.

`sudo apt-get update` then
`sudo dpkg -i --force-overwrite
/var/cache/apt/archives/kde-config-telepathy-accounts_15.04.0-0ubuntu1~ubuntu15.04~ppa1_amd64.deb`

I don't know the long-term effects but since I'm can do without
telepathy at the moment, I allowed the overwrite because it seems that
the new provider file is from and for kde and not the standard sso.
