If you read the dmesg output, you will see that it says "If a device doesn't work, try "pci=routeirq". When you load GRUB, highlight your kernel, then hit 'e'. Move to the second line and hit 'e' again. Then add "pci=routeirq" (without quotes) to the end of the string. Don't delete anything that is already there. See if this makes any difference.
