I can confirm that WiFi EAP-SIM support is not supported by Ubuntu. I changed this Importance to 'Wishlist' as this is a missing feature, not a bug.
Without in-depth analysis, at minimum this would require support in network-manager ( both the core WiFi code and ofono integration logic ) and possibly ofono as well. ** Changed in: ofono (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided => Wishlist ** Also affects: network-manager (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New ** Summary changed: - EAP-SIM is not implemented + WiFi EAP-SIM authentication is not supported ** Changed in: network-manager (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided => Wishlist -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1439267 Title: WiFi EAP-SIM authentication is not supported To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/network-manager/+bug/1439267/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
