The latest updates installed a new version of systemd which installed a fresh copy of the power-switch-rules. After that I got the same initial problems. So I applied the proven solution again : remove the power- switch-rules. If every time a fresh copy of the power-switch-rules will be installed, that will be rather annoying. I'll try to set up an empty power-switch-rules-file in order to prevent the installation of a new one.
