solved

it was a LXDE problem , as soon as i recognized this i could get a work
around .

Problem : with the new user(blabla) not plugged in on a physical monitor , and
first running xrdp
there was a .cache folder . but it was completly empty .

Solution : i just copied the "pi" user /home/pi/.cache folder to
/home/blabla/.cache

i did it complete in terminal because i was unsure if the lxde should be not
started. (and getting root in raspbian gui is grr)
now the flickering is gone. and XRDP is working with the blabla user .
i know its not the clean solution but fast , working. if anyone has "the clean
linux" solution. and it ONLY works if u got a working profile /account
desktop which u can copy the files from.

command for solution :

sudo cp -r -v /home/pi/.cache /home/blabla/.cache

desktop , new user
