Hi, what version of xfce4-settings are you using in 14.04? By default, that should be an older version than the one shipped in 15.04. Since there were some changes that took place in between 14.04 and 15.04, it would be good to know – please just edit the bug-description and provide more info!
Are there any specific icon packs that cause the crash? Can you narrow it down to a certain one?
