Instead of using that ubuntu/utopic branch in the openpower tree, I'd suggest using the upstream commits that we have listed in this bug (and Tim has applied); that way, you'll be getting the latest changes, and have less merging to do later. We also have some patches that are on their way upstream (mentioned above, making their way to vivid as a SRU).
