Since this bug was reported, Ubuntu One has been retired. Ubuntu SSO was sucked towards the vortex, and is now called ... Ubuntu One.
In 14.04, the dialog says "Sign up to Ubuntu One", or -- if you choose "Log-in" -- "Sign in to Ubuntu One". The terminology difference is a problem (reported as bug 1462768), and that the dialog claims to be from Ubuntu One but doesn't use the logo is a problem (reported as bug 1462772). But this particular problem is fixed, because the account is now called Ubuntu One and the UI does prominently mention it. ** Attachment added: "screenshot in Ubuntu 14.04" https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/software-center/+bug/839187/+attachment/4411137/+files/Sync%20between%20computers.png ** Changed in: ubuntu-sso-client (Ubuntu) Status: Invalid => Fix Released -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/839187 Title: USC login does not mention Ubuntu Single Sign On Account To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu-sso-client/+bug/839187/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
