Well, that issue is still there into Wily. The Midori upstream dev is thinking that issue is gone (https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=645191), the Debian maintainer is tired of the upstream choice (stupid waf script used) and has give up.
