As Chris is saying, this might be specific to the unity8 in LXC session, so apologies if I filed it against the wrong project. It's difficult for me to say where bugs should be assigned, so I added both just in case. To answer the questions, I complete the wizard each time. It's not the full OOBE wizard, but just 2 steps of the wizard that shows how to use the launcher.
