I can easy reproduce this bug in BQ E4.5 r23 with the following procedure: 1. configure in battery page 1 minute to suspend 2. goto the report enable page 3. un-mark sending reports and stay in page to await suspend after 1 minute 4. restart and unlock phone; sending is enabled already or will go green in that moment
