dinamic: Those white bars are a "feature" of mir_demo_server introduced in 0.13. They represent incomplete titlebar functionality.
I suggest to avoid the titlebars in Mir 0.13 use `mir_demo_server_minimal' instead. Alternatively, if you want more detailed title bars you can try `mir_proving_server'. The relevant bug for titlebars incorrectly drawn over menus is bug 1398849.
