Public bug reported: Either the script is now called `update-grub2` which is available according to `apt-file find update-grub` or the dependencies are broken (`grub` 1.x and `grub2` seem to be incompatible which isn't reflected in package dependencies).
reproduction: after removing all `grub*` packages and using source installation of grub-2.02-beta2-433-gc945ca7 the installation of `grub- efi` fails. The `dpkg` output: $ sudo apt-get install -f Reading package lists... Done Building dependency tree Reading state information... Done The following package was automatically installed and is no longer required: grub-pc-bin Use 'apt-get autoremove' to remove it. 0 upgraded, 0 newly installed, 0 to remove and 0 not upgraded. 2 not fully installed or removed.
