Public bug reported: The scons package should depend on the flex and bison packages, otherwise it will fail on building projects with the following error:
$ scons scons: Reading SConscript files ... AttributeError: 'SConsEnvironment' object has no attribute 'CXXFile': ...... Steps to reproduce: 1. Download a scons based sofware such as https://github.com/mmp/pbrt-v2 2. Install scons, $ sudo apt-get install scons 3.
