Steps to reproduce:
1. Install Ubuntu 15.10 from alpha cdimage
(http://cdimage.ubuntu.com/daily-live/current/wily-desktop-i386.iso, MD5 =
6aa900b327961389255b4ef0557ca8ca).
2. Install gnome-panel package.
3. Select GNOME Session Flashback (Compiz) from greeter (normal user or Guest
session - it does not matter).
Expected results:
GNOME Session FlashBack is started, has two panels (top and bottom), there is
no Unity launcher.
Actual results:
GNOME Session FlashBack is started, it has Unity panel in the left, gnome-panel
in the bottom, top gnome-panel is hovered by Unity global menu panel (see
screenshot).
