What do you mean, I think you said it was also fixed for you.

When something is wrong, like I told you, look at the gtk settings in the 
control center to check both qt and gtk should use the same font, then check 
the ~/.gtkrc* files it should write, then check the firefox settings, in 
Edit->Preferences->Fonts->Advanced then dpi or something.
Or type about:config in the url bar, and search for 
browser.display.screen_resolution.

And use "xrdb -q | grep Xft.dpi" to see the dpi used for kde (or any other xft 
apps).
If this setting is not set, the dpi used is the one returned by "xdpyinfo|grep 
res"
