Public bug reported:
My dimmer keys (make dimmer is 101 and make brighter is 212) recently
stopped working under Kubuntu Gutsy. xev recognizes the keys, but they
do nothing.
These keys are obviously the dimmer keys (look like a little sun with up
and down arrows) and they are on F4 and F5 requiring Fn combo to use.
Here, have some debug info :)

As I said, I'm on Kubuntu Gutsy with latest everything, and this only
happened recently. Much thanks for any help.
