Just to give an example why separate bugs are required here: the Authenticator is an application from the store that doesn't currently use a TextField, thus no context menu would be available to begin with. So it would need discussion whether to change that application or implement a context menu on the Label component, which then needs according design. More discussion would be following for Telegram and "other apps" which unfortunately is not something anyone working on that bugs should be guessing.
