Hi: I believe I have done what you asked. I tested the 4.2 kernel (still has bug). I then made a new post and included the 'kernel-bug-exists-upstream' string in it. If that is not what you meant by 'tag' let me know. Thanks very much for your attention to this troublesome problem.
