Find attached copy of console of what happened. On normal boot the first line read as: Kernel panic not syncing : VFS: Unable to mount root fs on unknown block (0,0) some lines then the last one read [<ffffffff81711500>] rest_init+0x80/0x80 and the cursor is still and follows an infinite wait.
