  There is no option to change the background image on the
  homescreen/scopes on ubuntu touch, however you can change the lockscreen
  wallpaper. If you want Ubuntu touch to be sucessful this needs to be
  fixed. Users want to customise their devices. This feature used to be
  there and now its been removed. Fix it!
